I am currently working on elmosox; A reverse socks5 proxy tool.
Features I'm planning to add to the initial release are:

• credential and ip based authentication
• filtered/dynamic proxy pools based on country and/or latency
• built-in domain/ip blocking
• user management
• traffic statistics
• server (raw) socket api
• a decent cli for the server
